Hailing from Quebec and graduated from Laval University, Ms. Nathaly Labbé is a CPA, CA and Board Director. With more than 23 years of experience with international firms and having worked in consulting services, Ms. Nathaly Labbé’s areas of expertise are performance improvement, mergers & acquisitions and financing/refinancing.

From 2017 to June 2024, she moved from consultant to Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and in early 2019, she obtained her certification in governance from the “Collège des Administrateurs de sociétés” (CAS) from Laval University. She is currently a member of several boards of directors (E-Solutions Furniture group inc., AGSICQ and the IUCPQ Foundation)

As entrepreneur at heart, she founded 3P Finance (Planning\Projection\Performance) in March 2020. Among other things, she supported Louis Garneau Sports inc./Sugoi Global inc. in their turnaround in 2020 and their sale to LÖLE in 2024. In June 2024, she returned as consultant in order to assist businesses and entrepreneurs.
